Save Samson Oluseye from heart failure diseases

I will like to use the platform to plead with people to come to my aid and save me. My name is Samson Oluseye, I am suffering from chronic heart failure. I have been in the hospital since December 2021 till date. At first, the doctors were thinking it was Asthma attack until March 2022 before another specialist found out that it was a heart failure after series of test and chest scan result. I need your help to help me recover from my sickness. I attached my scanned result to this message for evidence and proof. I will be glad if this platform can also be used to save lives.
